What is my profile email?

What is the difference between my profile email and a billing email?
A profile email is the email used to log in to your wmcanada.com profile. The profile email is where you will receive email notifications for online billing and service activity, including invoices and confirmations for online service requests. The billing email address is where Waste Management Canada will proactively contact you regarding account-related concerns. The billing email address should reflect the account owner’s contact information.
