To view an Empty and Return request:
- Go to wmcanada.com
- Hover over My WM located at the top-right corner, and click My Services.
- Locate your services by one of the following:
- Service address
- Service email
- Service phone number
- Customer ID
- Select View All Empty & Returns
- You can view past, current, and future bookings
Things to know:
- Roll off requests for up to 30 days in the past are shown on this page. For information on requests older than 30 days, please Contact Us.
- On this page, you can also edit or cancel active roll off requests up to 24 hours prior to the service date. After that, the edit and cancel options will not be available.
