What payment types are accepted online?
One-time payments may be made online by credit card or debit card. Card types accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Are there any fees for making a payment online?
There are no additional fees for paying your invoice online.
What if my payment declines?
If a payment from your preferred funding source fails, your Waste Management invoice can be paid from other available funding sources. Take a look at the different ways to pay.
IMPORTANT: Please note a one-time payment must be made to bring your account current to avoid any late charges or interruptions in service.
How can I avoid a late payment charge?
Make sure we receive payment for your invoice by the payment due date each billing cycle.
How long will it take for a payment to apply to my account?
Times may vary depending on the payment method. Typically, your payment will be posted within 2-3 days. See below for estimates by payment type.
