If your next pickup date is today, your pickup date will show today’s date until 11:59 p.m. At that time, the pickup day will change to the next future date. What if my next pickup date falls on a holiday?
If your next pickup falls on a holiday, please reference the Holiday Schedule for a possible change to your service day or time. Holiday schedules are typically available 14 days prior to the holiday.
What time will my pickup take place?
Pickup services typically occur between 5 a.m. and 6 p.m., local time. For some services, we provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA). You can view any available information under My WM.
