Waste Management strives to provide safe and reliable services. If we missed a scheduled pickup, please report it or find other helpful information below.
To report a Missed Pickup service:
- Go to wmcanada.com
- Hover over My WM located at the top-right corner, and click My Services.
- Locate your services by one of the following:
- Service address
- Service email
- Service phone number
- Customer ID
- Select Missed Pickup under What Can I Request?
- Complete all required fields on the service form
- Submit your request
- This self-service option has up to a 48-hour turn around, if you require immediate recovery, please Contact Us
- You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your request. If you have questions about your order, Contact Us
- Ensure there are no objects blocking the dumpster. For questions or concerns about common obstructions, please Contact Us
